CLIMB (Collaborative Learning and Integrated Mentoring in the Biosciences)
The mission of the CLIMB Program is to guide a diverse group of bioscience PhD students at Northwestern University to develop advanced skills for collaborating, communicating, and conducting research across disciplines, and accelerate their professional development. This is accomplished through a two-year professional development sequence to complement their training in their primary PhD programs.
Searle Center for Advancing Learning and Teaching
The Searle Center supports university-wide diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, particularly those that relate to cultivating inclusive learning environments in which students from all backgrounds can succeed. Searle offers information and resources that are useful in helping to develop and create an inclusive learning environment that acknowledges and fosters the diversity of the Northwestern community.
